Those Who Deny The Existence Of God Are Only Foolish.
Some sceptics still go about parading themselves as 'no God believers', or those who we readily refer to as; Atheists.
Such sceptics are quick to rebuff and question the authenticity of Bible accounts. They question the veracity of Elijah's calling down of fire from heaven to consume the evening sacrifice right in the presence of the prophets of Baal, but would readily refer to the fire that swept down from heaven like a Tornado, and devouring a large chunk of the city of California in the United States of America, a mere rocket science and the resultant effects of our modern day global warming.
These sceptics again, being doubtful of the accounts of the parting of the Red Sea for the children of Israel to cross over into the promise land, by divine providence, they now see right before their very own eyes big rivers and streams in parts of South Africa and Somalia completely drying out to severe drought. And they call it human instigated environmental degradation and polarized climatic downturns. Interesting!
In bible times, hailstones were reportedly rained down from heaven on Egypt and over Sodom and Gomorrah, for their lewd ways. But philosophers, scientists and the renowned astrologists of our time frown at their authenticity. However, when big hailstones as big as those of a lawn tennis ball recently fell over parts of America and, most recently, in parts of France, it was reported to have been caused by the atmospheric and molecular eruption of the galaxies.
Again, and as we speak, there is an ongoing influx and mass invasion of locusts over Ethiopia and its neighbouring countries (and I mean in their droves and millions), and some of us still question the possibilities of the biblical accounts of the plague of locusts over the land of Egypt. Hmm!
With all these happenings in our world today, for anyone who still has his scepticism mode firmly and irreversibly activated against the things of God, I strongly suggest (and most urgently at that) that he or she immediately consult the services of a surgeon for an onward evaluation and reactivation of his or her mental state.
May God truly help us all to be rooted and more perceptive to His ways and dealings.
